Is this a meditation or wellness app? No. Daily Stoicism is a philosophy-based practice system focused on structured thinking and reflection, not relaxation or meditation.
Does the app provide psychological or medical guidance? No. The app is rooted in Stoic philosophy and is intended for personal reflection and lifestyle practice, not medical or psychological advice.
How is this different from reading Stoic philosophy? Reading provides understanding. Daily Stoicism focuses on application—turning ideas into repeatable daily practices.
Who is this for? Individuals seeking clarity, structure, and discipline—especially those navigating stress, transition, or high-pressure environments.

WHY THIS EXISTS:
Daily Stoicism was built out of necessity, not trend.
During a period of personal transition, Michael Cozzolino turned to Stoic practices to step back and reevaluate his life—what the Stoics call viewing your life “from above.” What he found was that most modern apps offered inspiration, but very little structure.
At the same time, there is a growing sense that many people—particularly young men—are struggling with direction, discipline, and clarity. Much of the current self-development space focuses on external factors, leaving a gap for tools that encourage responsibility, reflection, and grounded thinking.
Daily Stoicism was built to fill that gap: not as content to consume, but as a system to practice—daily and continuously.
